Evan Terry Associates was charged with developing the schematic design, preparing construction documents, and performing contract administration for this 3-level, 660+ parking deck on the campus. An intermodal transfer area was also provided to serve the needs of students, visitors, and faculty. Construction was completed and the deck opened in December 2004.

The architectural character of the structure complied with campus design standards and fit within the context of nearby academic buildings.

The structure is cast‑in‑place concrete and the "skin" of the building is both architectural precast and architectural precast with thin clay brick insets that are integral to the precast.
