ADA Access Compliance Technical Specialist
Must be able to read floor plans. Needs to have good reasoning skills and be a logical thinker. Must have excellent written communication abilities, as well as good verbal skills. Should be detail oriented, thorough, organized, and systematic. Should be resourceful, have a strong work ethic and be able to travel out of state for 2 or more weeks a month.
Responsibilities would include surveying facilities, filling out survey forms, solving barrier problems in the field. ADA knowledge, experience, and/or strong interest as well as architectural, facility design, or construction training or experience are a plus.

Survey Team Leader
Must be able to read floor plans. Needs to have good reasoning skills and be a logical thinker. Must have excellent written communication abilities as well as good verbal skills. Should be detail oriented, thorough, organized and systematic. Should be resourceful, have a strong work ethic, be able to travel out of state for 2 or more weeks a month.
Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and survey schedules with clients, overseeing logistics of preparing surveys, verifying all existing conditions, surveying areas, filling out survey forms, solving all barriers in the field, processing proof reports efficiently and timely and writing executive facility summaries. Some ADA knowledge and/or experience, as well as architectural, facility design or construction training or experience are preferred.

Architect Intern/Recent-Grad
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Architectural Desktop. Must be organized, self-motivated and able to work well with others and meet deadlines consistently. Initial responsibilities include creating building designs and construction documents on AutoCAD with Architectural Desktop and working with clients, engineers, consultants, project team, and contractors to complete projects. Position is designed to lead to architectural registration and advanced professional responsibilities.
